how the process works:

Build Your Order
Explore our rental selection online and click on an image to learn more about the product. Identify the items you are interested in renting and utilize the drop-down function to book your rental window.
Note: Our items are rented for a maximum 5-day window with earliest pickup on Thursday and latest drop-off on Monday. Both pickup and drop-off in Oakville, Ontario.

Complete Your Order
After checkout, pickup and drop-off details will be confirmed via email.
Please contact us directly if you have any questions or are interested in delivery options.
An early pickup fee will apply if requested. Delivery may be available at an extra cost on orders that are a minimum of $200.
Note: A credit card is required to confirm the booking.

Self Pick-up
Pick up your items from our office in the Oakville area on the arranged date during the collection window. Your items will be packed in our reusable containers for transport.
We can’t wait to see how you style your items for your special event!

Self Return
Please return your items by the specified date to the pickup location. Include all packaging the items came with, so they don't get damaged. Cleaning of the items is not required.
Return the items based on the 5-day rental period you originally selected at no extra charge. A late return fee may apply. Should there be any damages, non-returned items or lost packaging materials, you will be alerted and the credit card on file will be charged to cover these fees.
